Before making a reservation

CautionThe descriptions on this page are very important and important for the comfort of our guests and for the operation of our campsite. Please read this page carefully before making a reservation, and only then make a reservation if you understand and agree to the terms and conditions.

  1. Please make reservations and use the facility in accordance with the usage instructions in the "User Guide"
  2. Please do not make irregular reservations (2 tents in 1 site, 2 families in 1 site, etc.).
  3. Reservations will be accepted as long as the reservation status is available.
    Customers who used the site the previous year or multiple times in the current year can continue to make reservations beyond that time.
    Customers who have cancellations or changes in plans can make reservations for as long as the reservation status is available.
  4. Pets are not allowed. (Except for service dogs).
  5. Student groups are not allowed.
  6. Adult-only groups (including groups with many adults) are not permitted during summer vacation, consecutive holidays, and weekends.
    If one family is using the room and the children are large, please indicate the breakdown of adults (high school students, junior high school students, etc.) in the remarks column.
  7. During summer vacation, consecutive holidays, and weekends, we do not allow groups of more than 2 people or more than the number of people in one compartment (building).
    Please do not take more than 3 compartments under different names (e.g., friends).
  8. Reservations for multiple dates (such as August XX and August XX) at the same time (even if the dates are slightly different) are not allowed.
    (We do not accept any other reservations that could be considered as a tentative reservation.)
  9. River play and waiting before check-in and after check-out are subject to the same charges as early check-in and extended packages.
  10. For fire prevention reasons, no open fires are allowed in the bungalows except in the designated areas on the terrace.
  11. We will not be able to accommodate requests for site numbers (river side, mountain side, wide site, cool site, etc.) during summer vacation, consecutive holidays, weekends, etc.
  12. We will inform you of the site number on the day of use. We do not inform you of the site number in advance.

About Reservations

  1. The procedure for making a reservation via the Internet is as follows
    (1)
    On the "Reservation Status" page, enter the e-mail address to be used in the e-mail address confirmation box and click "Send confirmation e-mail".
    (2)
    If you receive a "Send Reservation URL" e-mail to the e-mail address you entered, go to (3); if not, go back to (1).
    (3)
    Click on the "Reservation URL" provided in the e-mail, which will open a reservation status page, and click on the desired date, desired site, and available bungalow number.
    (4)
    Fill in and confirm the reservation form that will be launched once you have read and accepted the cancellation policy.
    (5)
    We receive the reservation details and send the customer a "(reply required) your reservation has been accepted" e-mail.
    If we are unable to keep the reservation, you will receive an email stating the reason why we were unable to keep the reservation.
    * Please note that there may be no vacancies even if there are vacancies in the reservation status. Please understand.

    After confirming the reservation details (dates, rental items, price, etc.), please send us an e-mail confirming the reservation details to confirm the reservation.
    If you do not receive an e-mail confirming your reservation within one day, please check your spam folder or your mail rejection settings, etc., and try again.
    (This is not an automatic reply, so it may take up to a day.)
    * If you do not receive a reply to your confirmation email
    We may cancel your reservation after confirming your intention to use the room again by e-mail.
  2. Reservations by fax are confirmed when confirmation is received by e-mail or other means after the fax is sent.
  3. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by e-mail to prevent any problems.
  4. For inquiries (e.g., if you have no fixed schedule), please write “Inquiry” in the remarks column of the reservation form.
  5. If you have any questions regarding the amount of money at the time of reservation, we will respond as an "inquiry" instead of a “reservation” in order to prevent any problems.
  6. You can also add rentals after you have made a reservation. Please make your request in the form of a reply to the reservation receipt email.

About Advance Payment

For reservations made more than one month in advance, we require an advance payment.
Please transfer at least half of the fee to the following bank account within one week of your reservation.

* If you do not have an e-mail address or fax number, if your e-mail address is set to reject e-mail from computers, if you do not give us your e-mail address, or if we are otherwise unable to contact you, we will not be able to make your reservation.
(We will never contact you with advertising or other communications after you have used your e-mail address, etc.)

Cancellation Policy

We are sorry to hear about your situation. We understand that you may cancel for various reasons.

We are sorry, but the following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations, schedule changes, or content changes (e.g., reduction in the number of compartments, change from a bungalow to an auto site, etc.) during the busy season such as consecutive holidays, summer vacation season, and weekends, except in cases where the campground is closed due to a typhoon.

We ask that all guests, especially those with small children, beginners, and those who are concerned about the weather, as well as those who plan to reserve multiple lots, please be aware of this fact before making reservations.

* In most cases, a cancellation fee will be charged before the date on which the cancellation fee is due. We do not accept negotiations for reduction of fees.

* Please check our business policy and your convenience before canceling your order.

Calculation of Cancellation Charges

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the check-in date. For example, if a reservation is for two nights and is cancelled after 5:00 p.m. on the day before check-in, the full amount of the two nights will be charged.

Refund of Advance Payment

In the event of a cancellation, a refund administration fee of 1,000 yen (per bank account) will be deducted from the advance deposit, along with the above cancellation fee, and the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.
Please inform us of your financial institution account.

Decisions on closures due to typhoons, etc.

The final decision on closures due to typhoons, etc. will be made in the morning of the day of the closure. We will contact you by phone, so please make sure you are reachable by cell phone or other means.
In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Before the day of the event, please make a judgment based on the weather forecast, etc., and request a cancellation, etc. (a change of schedule also constitutes a cancellation).
A cancellation fee will be charged.

* The above is our policy for determining when the campground is closed. Although there may be various judgments Note 1 by customers and there may be some disagreement, we have unified our judgments as stated above, so please check and understand the above before using the campground.

* We may contact you before making a final decision (e.g., the night before). In such cases, we will contact you by e-mail. Please understand that we will contact you by e-mail in such cases.

Note 1Examples of your judgments: ・Don't you make a judgment earlier, or it will upset our schedule, ・Wait until the morning of the day to make a judgment, etc. We cannot give the best solution to all wishes. We have unified the above based on the fact that there are many different ideas.
