About Payment

Payment is due at the reception desk on the day of use.
Credit cards, transportation-related electronic money, and QR payment are accepted.

* Please note that some cards are not available for use. Please understand that some cards may not be used.

Customers who have made advance payments

In order to prevent problems, we will confirm the amount of your deposit on the day of use at the site with a "bill and receipt for payment by postal transfer" or other document clearly showing the details of your payment. Please bring your payment in on the day of use.

* If we are unable to confirm the confirmation, we may ask you to pay the fee in full once and refund it after the confirmation is completed.

Cancellation Fee

The following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations and rescheduling

• Up to 5:00 p.m. 7 days prior to the date of use: free of charge
• From 5:00 p.m. 7 days prior to the date of use to 5:00 p.m. the day before the date of use: Half of the fee
• From 5:00 p.m. on the day before the date of use to the day of use: Full amount

* Cancellation fees will be charged within the cancellation fee accrual date, unless the campground is closed. Please understand this before applying.

We are sorry to hear about your situation. We understand that you may cancel for various reasons.

We are sorry, but the following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations, schedule changes, or content changes (e.g., reduction in the number of compartments, change from a bungalow to an auto site, etc.) during the busy season such as consecutive holidays, summer vacation season, and weekends, except in cases where the campground is closed due to a typhoon.

We ask that all guests, especially those with small children, beginners, and those who are concerned about the weather, as well as those who plan to reserve multiple lots, please be aware of this fact before making reservations.

* In most cases, a cancellation fee will be charged before the date on which the cancellation fee is due. We do not accept negotiations for reduction of fees.

* Please check our business policy and your convenience before canceling your order.

Calculation of Cancellation Charges

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the check-in date. For example, if a reservation is for two nights and is cancelled after 5:00 p.m. on the day before check-in, the full amount of the two nights will be charged.

Place to transfer the cancellation fee

Please fill out the "payment slip" at the post office and transfer the money to the following account within one week after the cancellation. (If you have a Yucho Bank passbook, you can make the transfer directly at an ATM.)

Refund of Advance Payment

In the event of a cancellation, a refund administration fee of 1,000 yen (per bank account) will be deducted from the advance deposit, along with the above cancellation fee, and the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.
Please inform us of your financial institution account.

Decisions on closures due to typhoons, etc.

The final decision on closures due to typhoons, etc. will be made in the morning of the day of the closure. We will contact you by phone, so please make sure you are reachable by cell phone or other means.
In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Before the day of the event, please make a judgment based on the weather forecast, etc., and request a cancellation, etc. (a change of schedule also constitutes a cancellation).
