You can see the reservation status of the facility.
- Actual reservation status may differ depending on updates.
- We reserve the right to refuse the use of bungalows depending on the guest's method of use. Please understand this in advance.
- We do not accept site number assignments (especially during busy times) for first-time customers.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Student groups are not allowed.
- We do not allow adult-only groups (including groups with many adults) during summer vacation, consecutive holidays, and weekends.
- If you are applying for more than 3 adults, please be sure to enter the breakdown of adults (parents, sons (1 high school student and 1 junior high school student), etc.) in the remarks column.
- Group use of multiple lots (when exceeding 2 lots) is not permitted during summer vacation, consecutive holidays, and weekends.
- We reserve the right to refuse the use of even two lots when the number of people (up to 8) or the number of families exceeds (or is thought to exceed) two.
- Please do not take more than 3 plots in total, or 2 plots under different names (e.g., friends).
- During busy times, if you know more than 3 groups in total at the site, we will refuse all applications.
- Please note that we do not offer previews of the facilities. Please note that even if you come, you will not be able to see inside the facility.
- You can book as far as you can see the reservation status.* Example: Reservations for August are available from June 1.
- Customers who have used the program in the previous year or multiple times in the current year may make reservations beyond that point.
- Please be sure to contact us by e-mail to prevent any problems in case of cancellation.
- Please be sure to confirm cancellation fees on the Reservations & Inquiries page before making a reservation.
- Please note that there may be no vacancies in the system even if there are vacancies in the reservation status. Thank you for your understanding.
